Pretty good app; I am in Italy now and its helping me understand a little Italian; as well as use some basic phrases.

The UI is rudimentary, pronunciation is computer generated, there are no explanations of nuance or gender, and the basic phrases offered for free are an odd mix of practical to advanced conversational. Definitely an odd implementation of a phrase book.
